A magnificent transformation for the Old Towne Cafe. The counter has been replaced by a big dining room but is remembered in a wonderful mural. Additional staff ensure that more patrons can be served. Love it!

OTC is my favorite place to eat in Gaithersburg, my husband and I wish it was open more nights a week! The chopped cheese, coconut shrimp, wings, pancakes, scrapple, nachos, are all amazing - I could go on and on. We love OTC soo much. On top of the food being great, the atmosphere is so fun and great for adults and kids.

Awesome low-key restaurant in old town Gaithersburg. Lots of TVs for watching sports. Recommend by a few friends, I decided to try their burger and wow, burger was perfect. I had the Bang Bang burger and it was perfect for those, like me, who love spicy food.

Decided to finally stop in and check out OTC and man am I glad I did! Really nice low-key bar. The happy hour menu is awesome, and the burgers here and absolutely phenomenal!! I’ve been looking for a great homemade (non-chain restaurant) burger for a while and I have finally found the place to get it..OTC Bar & Grille (the french fries and great too)! The staff here is very welcoming and friendly as well! I’ve been twice this weekend and can’t wait to get back!

As someone who just relocated from NJ all I can do is say thank you! Food in Maryland isn’t top tier let alone bar food, but OTC’s…. They remind me of home. Wings A-1! Not only were they fried hard the sauces were great! Also the service was phenomenal! Stopped by for lunch today and enjoyed a delicious cheese steak and fries, and the service was great. The cheese steak came with a toasted bun, fresh lettuce, mayo, and grilled onions. With the generous allotment of hot sauce at the table, I was in heaven. Fries were crisp and well salted. Really satisfying meal after a day of riding. Place has a sports bar / family restaurant vibe with lots of TVs behind the bar and well spaced tables and two-tops on the main floor. Tayler (I think that's her name) was a great waitress, friendly and attentive, even while juggling all the tables and even some bar patrons. Nice place to check out for breakfast or lunch for sure.

Love the family that owner OTC they are the best. The food is great and the drinks are too. The new addition looks great. I love Fridays when DJ TY'S KARAOKE NATION is there we have so much fun and I look forward to every Friday.
